PROPOSAL TO AMEND RULES 5 AND 6 OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE DSOBS

Greetings from the DSOBS.
In consultation with the Executive Committee and with their concurrence, I propose to amend Rules 5 and 6 of the Rules and Regulations of the DSOBS. A copy of my Explanatory Note with Enclosure-A (Rules 5 & 6 as they stand today with the proposed amendments in trackchanges) are attached.
I would be grateful if you could consider the proposed amendments before discussions and approval at the AGM on October 11, 2009.
